A small, free budget tool with few fields and the arithmetic in plain sight.
BudgetTemplate.app is an independent site published by Takreparation Skåne AB. It exists for people who want a quick answer to one question, what is left this month, without a sign-up, a long spreadsheet or an app.
What it does
- Three main fields: income, fixed expenses and variable expenses, plus an optional savings line.
- An instant result with the sum written out, so you can check it.
- An optional comparison with the 50/30/20 rule of thumb, with the source named.
- Download as CSV, copy for Google Sheets, or print and save as PDF.
What it does not do
It does not connect to your bank, keep an account for you, show ads or sell anything. This site does not give financial, tax or legal advice. It does simple arithmetic on the numbers you type. The 50/30/20 rule is a rule of thumb, and the calculator page says where it comes from.
